What data we process and why

This website has no forms and does not collect data by itself. If you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email, we will process the data you provide (name, telephone number, email, delivery address) solely to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote and provide the service.

Location when writing via WhatsApp

When you click a WhatsApp button, your browser asks whether you want to share your location. If you accept, a Google Maps link with your coordinates is added to the message so that we know where to deliver the water. The website does not store your location: it only reaches us if you send the message. If you decline, WhatsApp still opens without it.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and the application of pre-contractual measures or the performance of the service you hire.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info (at) aguasmallorca.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
