Water for Film Shoots, Advertising and Events
Mallorca is a backdrop for film, TV series and advertising. We bring your production the water it needs, where it needs it, with 12,000-litre water tankers.
Water for Your Production, On Set
An outdoor film shoot often needs water where there is no supply point: an estate, a cove, a road or a warehouse. We bring the water by tanker and unload it into the effects team's tanks or directly wherever production tells us.
What It Is Used For
- Artificial rain effects and wet streets.
- Filling pools, ponds and shooting tanks.
- Supplying special effects tanks.
- Cleaning locations and controlling dust on tracks.
- Events, fairs and outdoor set-ups.
Coordination with Production
We know that on a shoot the schedule comes first. We agree with production the arrival time, the unloading point and the trips needed so the water is ready when the take begins. We work Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00; get in touch in advance if your shooting plan is out of the ordinary.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much water does each tanker carry?
Each water tanker carries 12,000 litres (12 m³) per trip. If you need more, we make as many trips as it takes.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner, the better. That way we can reserve the truck for the day and time in your shooting plan.
Can you make several trips in one working day?
Yes. We arrange the trips needed to keep the tanks full throughout the shooting day.
What access does the truck need?
The truck needs to be able to reach the unloading point, or get close to it, by road or track. When you request a quote, tell us what access is like (width of the track, slopes, distance to the unloading point) and we will tell you how to go about it.
How do I request a quote?
Call us or message us on WhatsApp on 633 296 969, or email infoaguasmallorca.com. Tell us the address, the approximate litres and what access is like for the truck, and we will reply with a price.
